This project converts a typical Essex garage into a modern, two-story home, designed for a small family on a budget.

The ground floor retains a parking space, while the upper level is a complete living area. The design uses an open-plan layout for the kitchen, living, and dining rooms to create a feeling of spaciousness. A single, long balcony—accessible from both the master bedroom and the living room—provides a luxurious outdoor extension.
