Masdar City

Our company played a vital role in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi's visionary free zone committed to innovation, collaboration, and pioneering sustainable urban communities on its path to net-zero. We focused on the development, construction, and installation of the complex GFRC (Glass Fibre Reinforced Cement) façade for the car park areas. As a Senior Design Coordinator, I collaborated directly with principal architects F+P (Foster+Partners), translating their design vision into precise shop drawings and overseeing construction to maintain design integrity. My thorough supervision of the GRC panel installation ensured every angle and detail met exacting standards, preserving the façade's intricate beauty. A significant part of my contribution included securing LEED certifications for all submitted, designed, and constructed materials, aligning with Masdar City's sustainable objectives.
