We proudly contributed to Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, a global benchmark in airport design and a unique symbol for India. Working alongside SOM and L&T, the project's architects and Engineers, our company focused on installing the challenging long-span terminal ceilings, domes, skylights, and column claddings. These elements were exclusively fabricated in GFRG, sourced directly from FORMGLAS-Canada. In my role as Interior Design Manager, I led the design of innovative installation techniques for these complex GFRG components, meticulously detailing every aspect with structural verification to guarantee both stability and uncompromised quality. My efforts also focused on expertly coordinating substructure integration with various services, ensuring a smooth installation process and collaborating closely with site teams to achieve a perfectly patterned finish reflective of the architectural vision.
